Septic Inspection
If you suspect there are issues with your septic systems, Rand-Con can provide an inspection. It is important to have your septic system inspected at least once every three years. We will look for signs of leakage, backups, or adverse soil problems.
Septic Tank Locating
The first step to removing, repairing or replacing your septic system is locating it. This isn’t always as easy as you might think. Some older properties may even have antique systems that have been abandoned; septic tanks that you don’t even realize exist. We use our expert knowledge to locate any septic tanks or system components before we begin excavation. We want you to be fully aware of what is on your property and how it is affecting your soil and drainage.
Septic System Drainage
Septic systems process the waste water from different areas of your home or property. Sinks and showers produce grey water, liquid that may contain small amounts of solid material. Black water consists of major solids and primarily comes from toilets. The most important part of your septic system is the drainage. We will make sure that waste water is being properly deposited into your septic system. We also make sure that the filtered grey water is being properly drained resulting in sanitary disposal. If any part of this system fails, serious health and soil quality issues can result including waste backup, seepage into the water table, water pollution, foul odors, sink holes and more.
Disconnection & Removal of septic systems
